The V.C. Summer Nuclear Power Plant consists of an AP1000, Westinghouse design.  The Project was subject to numerous mismanagement failures and fraud resulting in the shutdown of the project.  CTC was engaged recently to perform a detailed prudence review related to the failures of the Project with a specific focus on the schedule, project management, and execution of the project.  A detailed analysis was performed of the project schedule and the contributing factors leading up to the closure of the plant construction activities.
