Vogtle Monitoring Group (VMG) a subsidiary of Critical Technologies Consulting, LLC was retained by the Georgia Public Service Commission Staff as an Independent Monitor and is responsible for providing onsite monitoring, status reviews, financial, cost, and schedule reviews, quality reviews, and all other aspects of project development and completion.

These responsibilities are accomplished through an on-site presence as well as detailed reviews of site-generated status reports on progress and financial expenditures.  VMG offers “independent” conclusions and forecasts relative to technical completion as well as forecasted expenditures and cost growth.  One of our primary functions is to ensure the project progress coincides with the financial disbursements.  VMG is also responsible for providing prudency reviews and offering written and oral expert witness testimony at six (6) month intervals during the established Commission Hearings
